The only way I would go on vacation was if my brother or sister took time off work to care for my fur babies — because I didn’t trust anyone else to love them the way I do. They had to use their own vacation time just to watch my dogs. I thought, what if I could give other pet parents the comfort I felt when leaving my fur babies?

That’s how Snuggles & Hugs Pet Care was born in 2005 — out of pure love for animals and a deep understanding of how stressful it is to leave your pet behind. My goal was simple: be around animals all day, treat every pet like my own, and give every pet parent the peace of mind they deserve.

As our reputation grew, my loving husband Darrel helped make the next dream a reality — Dog Daycare, our boutique daycare and luxury boarding facility. What started as in-home pet sitting expanded into a full members-only facility where dogs play, learn, and sleep in private luxury suites, surrounded by familiar faces every single day.

Over 20 years later, we still wake up every morning grateful to do what we love. We currently have three wonderful dogs of our own — so we truly understand what it feels like to leave your loved ones behind. We are here to help, and to give you peace of mind.
