Reservations are confirmed only after payment has been received in full. Until payment is received, requested dates remain available to other clients.

Payment Terms

• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, or Zelle

• Reservations are not secured until payment is received in full.

• Checks payable to Snuggles & Hugs Pet Care.

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations during the following blackout periods are non-refundable and non-creditable:
    • January 1 through January 15
    • March 10 through March 27 (Spring Break)
    • September 1 through September 9
    • November 15 through November 30
    • December 15 through December 31
  • No refunds or credits for early returns.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the reservation start date, including cancellations on or after the start date, are non-refundable and non-creditable.PET SITTING POLICIES

Holiday Reservations

  • Full payment is required to reserve holiday dates.
  • Holiday reservation payments are non-refundable and non-creditable.
  • Holiday reservations will be canceled if payment is not received within 7 days of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods for holiday reservations: Check or Zelle

Holiday Fee

  • An additional $30 per day holiday fee applies on:

    • New Year’s Eve
    • New Year’s Day
    • President’s Day
    • Good Friday
    • Easter
    • Memorial Day
    • July 4th
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving
    • Day After Thanksgiving
    • Christmas Eve
    • Christmas Day
    • Day After Christmas
    • Mother’s Day

Last-Minute Reservations

  • Existing clients: $35 for requests made less than 72 hours before service begins.
  • New clients: $50 for requests made less than 72 hours before service begins.

Advance Booking Guidelines

  • Returning clients: Please book at least 7 days in advance.
  • New clients: Please book at least 10 days in advance.
  • While advance notice is appreciated, we will always do our best to accommodate emergency requests whenever our schedule allows.
