Professional Pet Sitting

New Clients:

The process begins with an initial consultation ($40 fee), once fee is received a meeting will be set up and confirmed in your home taking 30-45 minutes. This will give us a chance to meet, be introduced to your pets, tour your home and collect keys while discussing the details of services required, forms, fees and policies.

STANDARD SERVICE:

  • Provide LOTS of snuggles and hugs!

  • Serve fresh food & water

  • Administer oral medications

  • Playtime can include; petting, brushing, lap-sits, fetch, taking a dip in pool, talking (and sometimes singing!)

  • Scoop and change litter boxes

  • Send text updates with photos

  • Keep a journal of pet behavior and eating habits

  • Water plants

  • Turn TV/RADIO on & off

  • Pool check & fill

  • Bring in mail, newspapers, flyers, and packages

  • Take out trash

  • Alternate lights and blinds daily

  • Provide overall security of your home

Regular Pet Sitting visits are between: 7-9AM , 11-3PM and 7-9PM, 7 Days a Week, additional fees apply outside of regular hours.

    $45 For walk, extra TLC, puppy in household, multiple pet homes, and pets with special diets or special needs. 45 minutes

Snuggles and Hugs Pet Care – Policies

Payment

Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. (See cancellation policy.)

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, or checks payable to Snuggles and Hugs Pet Care.

Reservations

All reservation requests must be submitted online. Text requests will not be accepted.

Requests made within 3 days of service will be accommodated when possible and will incur an additional fee.

Reservation Fees:

New Clients: $50

Existing Clients: $35

 

Last-Minute Reservations

Requests made within 24 hours are subject to availability and will incur a $50 fee.

Cancellations

Cancellations require at least 3 days’ notice to avoid a 100% charge (excludes holiday reservations).

No credits or refunds will be given for early returns.

Unpaid cancellation fees may result in suspension of future services.

Holiday Policies

Holiday Reservations

Full, non-refundable, non-creditable payment is required to secure holiday bookings.

Reservations will be canceled if payment is not received within 7 days.

Accepted payment methods: Check or Zelle.

Holiday Fee Schedule

A $30 per day fee applies on:

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day after Christmas

Thanksgiving & the day after

Easter, Good Friday

July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Mother’s Day

New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, President’s Day

Key Pickup & Return

Free if the key remains on file after the initial consultation.

A $20 fee applies if a key pickup/return is needed.

Arrival Notification

Please notify us upon returning home for peace of mind.

If plans change, contact us immediately so we can adjust visits accordingly.

We will follow up via email or text on the final day of your reservation—please respond to confirm service completion.

Rates are subject to change based on individual needs.
