Every year many dogs are adopted, purchased or rescued. Sadly, many are surrendered back to shelters because the owners were not ready for the responsibility and lack the knowledge needed to care for the dog.
Most do not understand K9 behavior or how to correct unwanted behavior. The common way to overcome many of these challenges would be to hire a trainer or take some classes.
